Okay, many of you are familiar with The Apex, the cheapy electronics company that peddles cheap home electronics. The Apex DVD players are very popular because they are cheap ($40 or less) and they’ll play just about any DVD you throw at them.I’ve always proclaimed how awesome they were. No one disagrees.Today I have found another reason it’s so awesome.I was flipping through my selector box and I heard the Star Trek First Contract theme. I went back to the channel that made that sound and it was my Star Trek First Contact DVD. I’ve not watched that since the day it came out. March 15th.The DVD player wasn’t even skipping. Sure, a more expensive DVD player would’ve cut off after an hour or two but who cares. The Apex rocks.
