So, I picked up the ARAH Resolute figures Cobra Commander and Cobra Trooper. Both look to be very nice. I knew very little about Resolute so I did some digging. Apparently GI Joe ARAH is “growing up” with a new “series” next year. Several five minute episodes (probably webisodes but Hasbro has shown no aversion to including CDs and DVDs with their product) are planned.From what I have read it sounds like a Dreamwave version of GI Joe. Yes, Warren Ellis is writing it. That’s good and all but it all just sounds gratuitous. I thought the 1990s were over?God help us.
